Rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, it also contains a moderate amount of caffeine. Our favorite coffee is being made with a blend of arabica varieties like Santos, Rio and Robusta.
The slightly sweet taste of the coffee is from roasting which made without air, so that the grain is well cooked outside and bit of raw inside.
100% Organic Coffee
Put a pot of water on low heat, when the water starts to warm add one teaspoon full of Greek coffee and add sugar if you want. Stirr it well only at the beginning and then leave it for few minutes till it's ready to boil.
